• Fuji Saber Violet Laser Plate DeviceThe Fuji Violet platesetter is an internal drum Computer-To-Plate device. The first in Michigan using 30MW violet lasers. CTP technology guarantees top quality by making a clean, first generation dot directly on the plate. All the quality reducing intermediate steps of classical platemaking are eliminated. The platesetter is driven by Rampage standalone RIP. The plates are fed into the drum, secured by vacuum, exposed by the violet lasers, then fed into an integrated processing and drying unit. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes and delivers the highest quality plate available on the market today.

Using the latest digital technologies, we are able to process many different documents virtually simultaneously. We offer 1200x600 dpi resolution (supporting 256 shades of gray), several on-line finishing options to ensure that the demands placed on it are handled accurately and quickly.
